What Started It All
Boomland has been a landmark in Southeast Missouri since 1958. What began as a roadside stop has grown into one of the most beloved destinations in the region, with three locations across Missouri and a reputation that speaks for itself. We’ve spent six decades doing one thing: giving people an experience they won’t forget.
Whether you’re passing through on I-55, cruising I-57, or rolling down HWY 25, there’s a Boomland close by — and there’s always something new to discover when you walk through our doors.
More Than You Expect
Boomland isn’t easy to put in a box, and that’s exactly the point. We’re part fireworks retailer, part gift shop, part convenience store, part restaurant, and entirely one of a kind. From old-fashioned candies and Amish produce to home decor, apparel, gourmet foods, and thousands of unique gifts and collectibles, there’s something for everyone — and plenty of things you didn’t even know you were looking for.
Come in for gas and leave with a jar of local honey, a bag of pecans, a new candle, and something that made you laugh out loud. That’s just a regular Tuesday at Boomland.

Boomland is a public wholesale fireworks retailer, which means you get access to the biggest and best brands in the business at prices that don’t require a special occasion to justify. Black Cat, TNT, Cutting Edge, World Class, Brothers, Winda, and more — all under one roof, all year long in Benton and Charleston.
And when summer rolls around, Charleston’s 60,000 square foot fireworks showroom opens its doors for the most impressive fireworks shopping experience you’ll find anywhere.
A Place for Everyone
Boomland has always been about more than what’s on the shelves. It’s about the experience. Bus tours are welcome anytime, no scheduling needed. Truckers and road-trippers pull in daily knowing they’ll find good fuel, good food, and something worth writing home about. Families make it an annual tradition. First-timers become regulars.
Our Charleston location even offers RV camping right on the grounds, so you can park it for the night and make a full visit of it. Because once you’ve been to Boomland, a quick stop is never really enough.
